Step 4b - Create IdP Metadata
- In the SSO Provider tab, click New.
- Enter a Name for the identity provider.
- Select Identity Provider as the Type.
- Enter the metadata link or click the Upload a File button to upload the Identity Provider metadata (the XML file you downloaded from Google Workspace).
- Click Validate. (The button becomes active after you enter the metadata link or upload a file.) If the uploaded file is valid, the Entity ID field will show the Google Workspace Entity ID.
- Click Save.
