Step 3 -- Create Application for Proxy Authentication in Google Workspace

Sign in to your Google Workspace account using your administrator credentials.
Click GSuite admin, which will redirect you to https://admin.google.com/AdminHome?pli=1&fral=1
Select an account.
Select Apps > SAML apps.
Click Add App > Add custom SAML app.
Enter an app name and click Continue.
Click Download Metadata.
Click Continue.
Enter the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) and Entity ID values that you copied earlier.
Check the Signed response checkbox.
Change the Name ID format to UNSPECIFIED and the Name ID to Basic Information > Primary email.
Click Continue.
Click Add Mapping.
Choose Primary email for Google Directory attributes.
Enter mail for App Attributes.
Click Finish.
