Set Number of Folder Sublevels for Scanning

  1. Select Administration > System Settings > Advanced Configuration and select the Content Settings tab.
  2. Under Default Number of Sub Folders, select a number from the prompt.
    The number represents the level of subfolders that will be scanned. For example, if you select 2, data in the parent folder and two subfolder levels will be scanned.
