When working with activities involving multiple files, the timing of user coaching messages might be affected by the length of a user session, because session length is driven by session times set for continuous authentication. For example, if a user uploaded a total of five files in a 10-minute session, the user would see only one message, because all five transactions were the same type (uploading).

However, if a user uploaded three files and then downloaded two, the download transaction might start a new session and result in a new user coaching message.
