Import Certificate to User Device

Select Administration > Certificate Management.
Click the Trusted CAs tab.
Download the certificate and save it in .cer format.
Import the root CA certificate to the certificate management area on the user device.
- For Windows devices, import the certificate into the user Certificate store (certmgr.msc).
- For Mac devices, use the Keychain login.
