Step 1 - Export Lookout Private CA Root and lookoutforwardproxy Certs

After connecting to Lookout SWG, close all browsers.
Open a Chrome browser and go to any website.
Open that site's certificate viewer.
From the certificate viewer, export the Lookout Private CA Root and the lookoutforwardproxy
certs.
- Select Lookout Private CA Root and export the file with a name such as
  
  D:\LookoutPrivateCARoot.crt.
- Select lookoutforwardproxy and export the file with a name such as
  
  D:\lookoutforwardproxy.crt.
