For cloud types with the App Access protection model, the Secure Cloud Workspace provides an additional way to protect data traffic in the cloud by monitoring data traffic through the reverse proxy, from login to logout. You can select this option by selecting a policy action that processes authentication through the reverse proxy.

  The Secure Cloud Workspace is a quick-launch page from which to select a cloud application. Separate versions of this page are available to administrator and non-administrator users.

  The workspace uses the global user directory for policies that apply to global users. The sign-in procedure includes two main steps:

  1. Configuring platform single sign-on
  2. Signing in to the Secure Cloud Workspace via IdP
