Create and Download Network Activity Reports

You can create reports for network activity and manage the times and formats for which you would like to generate the reports.

  1. From the Home Dashboard page of the Management Console, select the Reports tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Name and describe the new report.
  4. From the Type field, select Networks.
  5. Enter your valid email address as the user to receive the reports.
    To make the reports available to all users, leave this field blank.
  6. In the Configuration section, accept the default report type of Custom.
  7. Click anywhere in the Select Charts field.
    You will see an option for Network Activities.
  8. Double-click on Network Activities to select the type of charts to include in the report.
  9. Double-click on a chart type, which will display the available charts for your network activity report.
  10. Select one or more charts, and click the green right arrow.
    The selected charts are moved to the right column.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Select a report frequency - Daily, Weekly, or One Time.
  13. Select an email notification template.
  14. Save the report.
