Create a Custom Invitation or Reminder Email

Lookout has default email invites and reminders configured by default. To create a custom invite, or re-enrollment reminder:

  1. Click the Custom radio button.

    The Custom email or reminder template window opens.

  2. Enter the following:
    Field Value
    Logo URL A link to your hosted logo image. This appears at the top of the email.
    Subject The email subject line.
    Email Content The email body. You can include <code>html</code> <b>r=tags</b> and &lt;encoded&gt; characters. If you’re feeling fancy, throw in <span style="color:blue";>inline style</span>.
    Include Enrollment Link Enabled by default.
  3. Click Save
  4. When you return to the Enrollment Settings module, click Save again.
  5. To test the email, click the Test email link and input your email address, then click Send.

    The recipient's email address and the Lookout MES SMB Console tenant name are included at the bottom of the email.
