Lookout Single Sign-On With SiteMinder

Setting Up SiteMinder

  1. Set up SiteMinder IDP and SP Entities and Federation.
    For details, refer to the CA documentation and help links below:
    1. Configure a SAML 2.0 Identity Provider
    2. Configure a SAML 2.0 Service Provider

  2. Set the Authentication Request Binding to HTTP-REDIRECT and the SSO Binding to HTTP-POST:


  3. Pass the following attributes to Lookout.
    All attributes use Retrieval Method: SSO and Format: Basic.

  4. Activate the Partnership and generate the SP Metadata file that Lookout uses to setup the IDP.
