Lookout Single Sign-On With PingFederate and an HSM Proxy

Setting Up PingFederate

For additional information, refer to the PingFederate documentation on configuring Browser SSO here.

  1. Sign in as a PingFederate administrator.
  2. Click the IDP Configuration tab, then under SP CONNECTIONS click Create New:


  3. Under CONNECTION TEMPLATE, check BROWSER SSO PROFILES, then click Next:


  4. Check BROWSER SSO, then click Next.
  5. Under METADATA, select URL and enter the Lookout metadata endpoint in the NEW URL field, then click Next:
    The URL is provided by Lookout and should be similar to https://hs.lookout.com/sso/saml/my-company/metadata

  6. Verify that the PARTNER'S ENTITY ID, CONNECTION NAME, and BASE URL fields pre-populate based on the metadata, then click Next.
  7. Review the information on the Metadata Summary tab, then click Next:
