The Manage Enrollment Module

The Invite Management Tab

The Invite Management tab lists all outstanding invitations and their status. The Invites list has the following columns:

  • Initial Invite Sent: The date and time of the original invitation email.
  • Email Address: The recipient's email address.
  • Group: The device group assigned to the device.
  • Status: Unused, Valid, Quota Reached, or Expired.
  • Devices Used: The number of devices used out of the total number available for that invite.
  • Reminders Sent: The number of reminders sent.
  • Expiration: The invitation expiration date.

  • Token: The enrollment token associated with the invite.

    You can export this information to a CSV file by clicking the Export List link in the upper-right.
