The Enrollment Settings Tab

The Enrollment Settings tab lets you configure the following:

  • Device Allotment: The number of devices that a user can enroll using one activation email.
  • Disconnected Status: How long a device can go without connecting to Lookout before it is considered Disconnected, from 1 to 90 days.
  • Email Templates: Create or Edit default or custom email invitations and reminders.
  • Invite Expiration: How long an email invite remains usable, from 1 day to 5 weeks.
  • Require employee opt-in to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (GDPR Enabled Tenants):

    Whether employees must accept the TOS and PP to install Lookout for Work.

  • Language: See What are the Lookout supported platforms and languages? for supported languages.

    The Disconnected Status and Language settings apply even if you are using an MDM integration to manage invitations.
