The Enroll Devices Tab

You can invite users to Lookout in one of two ways:

  1. Enroll with email: Send invitation emails from the Lookout MES Console by uploading a .csv file or by entering a comma or semicolon delimited list of email addresses.

    This enrollment method works even if Privacy Controls are enabled on your tenant. Lookout collects email information in order to send invitations and identify the owner of a device. For this reason, enrolling users via invitation emails is not recommended if you do not want Lookout to collect end user email addresses.

  2. Enroll with code: Send invitation emails from another system of your choice, and include your Lookout Global Enrollment Code and a link to the Lookout for Work app within the email.
