If you are running an integration that communicates with Lookout's Mobile Risk API for logging purposes, you can review and generate application keys from the Application Keys module. For more information, refer to the SIEM Connector Guide.

If you have generated an Application Key within your MES Console, Lookout tracks key expiration and begins sending notification emails to Full Access Administrators 30 days in advance of expiration and periodically (at 21, 14, 7, 5, 3, and 2 days in advance) until the key expires. This schedule provides ample time for you to generate and deploy a new key.

If the application key expires, no further interaction with the Mobile Risk API is possible until you generate and deploy a new key.
