Requirements for Intune Mobile Application Management
- Global Administrator access to AAD and Intune.
- An AAD user group for BYOD devices.
- Devices must be running Lookout for Work 6.1 or higher and must not be managed in Intune.
- Android devices must be running Company Portal app version 5.0.4560 or higher.
- To secure iOS apps, devices must be running versions of those apps that use the Intune SDK 12.0.15 or higher. These currently include:
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Microsoft Edge
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Office Lens
- Microsoft Office Mobile
- Microsoft OneNote
- Microsoft Planner
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft To Do

Microsoft Teams
As part of the unmanaged device registration with Intune, several Microsoft prerequisites must be met before Lookout can be installed.
- Android - The user will be prompted to install and sign into Company Portal
- iOS - The user will be prompted to install and sign into Company Portal OR Microsoft Authenticator
