Adding the iOS App to Workspace ONE

Distributing the iOS App Store Edition of Lookout for Work

  1. In the upper-right corner of any page in the Workspace ONE UEM Console, click Add and select Public Application:


    The Add Application window appears.

  2. Set Platform to Apple iOS, then click Search App Store.
  3. In the Search field, enter Lookout and click enter.
  4. Locate Lookout for Work in the results and click +SELECT:


  5. Click Save & Assign.
  6. Click +Add Assignment and add the Lookout for Work enrollment Smart Group with the following configuration:

    Lookout for Work Assignment
    Assignment GroupsLookout for Work
    Deployment BeginsSelect a time to start deployment.
    App Delivery MethodAuto
  7. In the left sidebar, click Application Configuration.
  8. Enable the Managed Access and Send Configuration toggles:


  9. Create the Configuration Keys below:


    Note:

    IMPORTANT: Keys and values are case-sensitive.

    Enter the alphanumeric Global Enrollment Code from the System > Account screen in your Lookout MES Console.

    For example, IOSDMOR:



    IMPORTANT: If you integrating multiple Lookout tenants (such as for testing and production environments), each tenant uses a different code and requires a unique app config profile.

  10. Click Add > Save and Publish > Publish.
