Requirements for Deploying Lookout with SOTI MobiControl
- A SOTI MobiControl cloud or on-premise installation of version 15.3 or higher.
- Administrator access to the SOTI MobiControl WebConsole.
- For on-premise deployments, open/allow the Lookout ports documented in the Lookout MDM Service IP Addresses article.
- SOTI MobiControl must be configured for Android Enterprise (formerly called Android for Work) to manage Android 10 devices in either Work Profile or Work Managed Device mode.
