Logging in to Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security
When I login to https://aad.lookout.com, why do I get a 403 error?
Answer: The username you used is not a member of an Entra ID Group with access to Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security (MES).
Lookout MES only allows users from a configured Entra ID group to have access. Group information is provided to Lookout during the initial order. If you are unsure which Entra ID group has access to Lookout, contact Lookout Support.
When I login to https://aad.lookout.com, why do I receive the following sign in error?
Answer: The Entra ID Global Admin has not accepted Consent for Lookout to access Entra ID. A Global admin must login to https://aad.lookout.com/les?action=consent and click Accept, as documented in Logging in to Lookout MES.
