Configuring the Lookout for Work iOS app in Entra ID

Register the Lookout for Work iOS app with Entra ID

  1. Log in to the Azure Management Portal.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click Entra ID.
  3. In the Entra ID blade, under Manage, click App registrations.
  4. Click +New registration.
  5. In the Name field, enter Lookout for Work iOS.
  6. Under Supported account types, select Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory - Multitenant).
  7. Under Redirect URI (optional), select Public client/native (mobile & desktop) and enter the URI:

  8. Click Register.
  9. On the new registered app screen, click the Redirect URIs: 0 web, 1 public client link:
  10. In the Mobile and desktop applications section, under Redirect URIs, verify that a third URI is present:

    China App Store edition 
    companyportal://code/lookoutwork-ase%3A%2F%2Fcom.looko ut.work.cn
  11. Scroll down to Advanced settings and toggle Treat application as a public client to Yes:
  12. Click Save and wait for the successful update notification.
