Log in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
In the left sidebar menu, click Devices.
In the Devices blade, click Monitor.
In the Monitor blade, under Compliance, click Noncompliant devices.

This shows a list of noncompliant devices from the User Groups that have a compliance policy assigned.
