Verify the Jamf Pro Configuration

Check the custom attribute to verify the "Activation" and "Risk" attributes are set on the device. Perform this step after one or more devices are activated.

In the Jamf Pro console, click Devices > Search Inventory, then click Search without entering any search parameters.
In the All Devices screen, click a device that is activated.
Click the category which you chose when creating the four .
Note these values are present:
- Activation is Activated.
- Issue level is None or Low.
No values for these attributes indicate an error. Check with Lookout support for more information.
