Preparing Ivanti Neurons for MDM for Integration

Creating Custom Attributes for Enrollment and Device State Sync

Lookout uses custom attributes to identify devices requiring enrollment, and to synchronize device state to Ivanti Neurons for MDM. These attributes are required to configure the Ivanti Neurons for MDM Connector in the Lookout MES Console.

  1. To create custom attributes see the Ivanti Documentation for guidance.
  2. Enter the following settings:

    These are used to sync device enrollment with Lookout MES, and to sync device state, threat level, and disconnected or unreachable status with Ivanti Neurons for MDM.
