If you have users with Android 10 devices, you must manage the devices under the Android Enterprise program using either Work Profile mode or Work Managed Device mode. To do so, you must register Ivanti Neurons for MDM as your Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider with Google, then deploy Android Enterprise to devices. Once you have configured Ivanti Neurons for MDM to use Android Enterprise, you can deploy the Android edition of Lookout for Work with the required app config settings, as documented in Adding Lookout for Work to Apps@Work.
