Ivanti Neurons for MDM requirements:

  • Administrator access to the Ivanti Neurons for MDM Admin Portal.
  • Open/allow the Lookout ports documented in the Lookout MDM Service IP Addresses article.
  • Ivanti Neurons for MDM must be configured for Android Enterprise (formerly called Android for Work) in order to manage Android 10 devices in either Work Profile or Work Managed Device mode. For details, see Setting up Android Enterprise (Android for Work)
