Setting up the VPN Profile for Zero Touch Activation on iOS

Configure App Notification Settings for Supervised iOS Devices

These steps are only for Supervised iOS Devices.

  1. On the Policies tab, navigate to Add New > iOS and macOS > Notification Settings.
  2. In App Notification Settings enter these settings.

    Bundle Identifier Lookout for Work
    Notification Enabled Selected
    iOS All Versions
    Show in Notification Center Selected
    Badges Enabled Cleared
    Alert Type Banner
    Sounds Enabled Cleared
    Show in Lock Screen Selected
    iOS 12
    Allow Critical Alerts to be Enabled (Ignore ‘DoNot Disturb’) Cleared
    Show critical alert when using CarPlay Selected
    Group type Automatic
    iOS 14
    Preview Type Always
