Automatically update app on Android Enterprise devices when update available(checked)
    Category(leave blank)
    App rating and reviewDisabled
  8. Click Add.

BES UEM returns to the Google Play app search screen.

  9. Close the dialog, then find and click Lookout for Work in the apps list.
    This opens the app settings.
  10. Scroll down to App configuration and click the + icon on the right side of the table to add a new configuration.
  11. Name the App Config profile and set these case-sensitive values:
    FieldValue
    MDM name
    BES
    MDM Device ID
    %ExchangeAlloweddeviceId%

    "device" is lowercase

    Android ID(leave blank)
    Identification(leave blank)
    Global Enrollment Code

Enter the alphanumeric Global Enrollment Code from the System > Account screen in your Lookout MES Console.

    For example, IOSDMOR:

    Email
    %UserEmailAddress%
    Dual Enrollment

false if this is for a tenant using company managed devices.

true if this is for a tenant using Dual Enrollment.

    Device Unique Identifier

    (leave blank)

This value is used to correlate devices when using an unsupported MDM. It is not used for BES UEM integrations.

    HSM Key value(unchecked)
  12. Click Save.
  13. If you are integrating multiple Lookout tenants, create an additional App Configuration profile for each tenant.
The App Config for these tenants should use the Global Enrollment Code for that tenant.
